Duc Khai Corporation has launched a new sales policy for The Era Town Project, with flexible payment methods, in accordance with their capabilities and needs of customers: just payment the 60% value (payment stages) customers were able to move into the apartment and within 06 months after the new customer must pay to 38% during this period if customers advance payment shall be paid interest of 14%/ year/amount paid in advance. In the payment period  with that customer demand for loans from banks, investors will support the introduction of units of credit and lending procedures for free
